OUR TRAINING PROGRAM
For us, the learning never stops because there’s always room to improve ourselves. We take a holistic approach to your long-term success. We will help you establish a growth mindset, define success factors across all of your life domains and attain the concrete skills you need to succeed.
Once you pass the insurance exam, if not already, your training can begin right away. All of our agents are assigned a proven mentor that will guide you along your path as an agent and even as an agency manager. Our goal is to show you how you can achieve your goals. It will take hard work and force you out of your comfort zone, but if you’re willing to commit the time and energy, there are no limits of what you will be able to accomplish.
