FAQ

What would I be doing as an agent?

You will be providing seniors and their families with life insurance and family support services. These benefits are design to help cover end-of-life expenses and help save the family time, money and unwanted stresses.

Where would I be working?

You will be running appointments throughout the day visiting clients in the comfort of their own homes AND making sales over the PHONE. You will never have to report to an office and you will have the ability to SET YOUR OWN SCHEDULE.

Can I do this part-time?

Ehh, no. If you plan on keeping your 9-5 and doing this nights and weekends, this career would not be a good fit, nor are we looking for part-time agents. If you need to make a transition from your current business / career, just let us know and we can see if a career with us makes sense.

How would I get clients?

We have people already interested in getting covered! We have a lead program of potential clientele that already has expressed an interest from seeing our TV commercials, through mail or online. You will also gain even more clients from getting referrals and doing group presentations in your community. 

Is there travel?

Yes. You will need to have a vehicle to run to your appointments. Sometimes our agents choose to work locally, drive 2-3 hours to see clients in a certain area, or even take a “pay-cation” and get a hotel room for a few days.

Do I need experience?

No. Most of our agents did not have any prior experience in sales, insurance or business. We have all the tools, training and support to guide you every step of the way as you grow with us.

How would I get started?

1. Get interviewed
2. Get your life insurance license (if you don’t already have it)
3. Get trained

What’s the training process like?

Training is hands-on! It’s on-going too! We won’t throw you out to the wolves! You will be assigned an experienced and proven mentor that will be working with you!

So here’s the process:
Day 1: Orientation- This is a 2-3 hour, one-on-one training. We will review how our system works and set you up with materials you’ll need to present to a client. You will start utilizing the online training tools too!

Day 2: Role Play Training- You will present to your mentor as if he/she is the client and you’re the agent. This way we can make adjustments if needed before you go in the field on your own.

Day 3: Field Training- You will ride out in the field shadowing one of our leaders to see what a real day in the life with us is like!

How do I get my life insurance license?

It’s pretty simple. First, complete the state required pre-certification course in 10 days or less. Then, take the state exam. All of the questions on the exam are multiple choice and you only need a 70% to pass. We have recommendations for you and discounts for the pre-certification course.

How much do our agents and/or managers earn per year?

By following our training system, you can reasonably earn $60-$80k your FIRST year. Some of our team members earn over $200,000 per year, some earn $40,000 per year. What you put in is what you get out! As a business owner, 1099 independent contractor, the only limits to your growth are the ones you create for yourself.

How would I get paid?

DAILY. You can help a client today, and get paid that SAME-DAY from your efforts, amazing right?

Are there residuals?

YESSSSSSS. Once you help a client, you may continue to receive a commission EVERY month for at least 10 years (as long as they keep their policy and are still alive).

What’s does a typical day of work look like?

Welp, ya ready to work hard? I sure hope so!
7am: You’ll hop on our regional conference call…they are quite helpful and entertaining.
9-10am: You’re at your first client’s house.
10-? You’re running appointments, seeing leads, ACTIVITY, ACTIVITY, ACTIVITY.
6-9pm: Following up with clients, making calls and scheduling more appointments for the next day.

Do I have to pay for leads?

No and Yes. The leads our corporate office creates, people that specifically inquired with us, are at cost and are optional. You don’t have to come out of pocket either, we offer lead financing which means if you have a balance of $400 of leads and you bring in a commission from a sale of $400, then $200 will go direct deposit in your bank account and the other $200 will go to your leads that you ordered. You of course can generate your own clientele for free via referrals, groups presentations, table events, etc.

What is our business strategy?

1. Volume: We are catering to the masses, not the classes. There’s a huge demographic of people with little or NO life insurance.
2. Value: We offer benefits and services that no other company provides making the sales experience for the agent and client exciting and seamless.

Can I start my own agency?

You sure can! There’s a lots of room to grow with us, but you have to crawl before you walk. Building an agency is quite the challenge, and we’ve made all the mistakes already so you don’t have to!

What kind of support is there for agents?

Not only do you get support from your personal mentor. You’ll get tons of local agency support. Our corporate office even has your back too! You can call home office and talk to a person right away. We have live operators waiting to take your calls.

Would I have to learn all kinds of different insurance products to sell?

Nope, just one. We keep it simple…very simple. We have one product that just about everyone needs, unless you know someone that’s going to live forever.

What will I make from closing a sale?

You’ll earn $100 to $800 from one sale. You can make multiple sales per day. It takes about around an hour to close a sale from start to finish. The commissions will get paid out to you as quickly as the same day! There’s NO CAP on how many clients you can see in a day, so there’s no limit to your income. You will also have the ability to earn residual income from each sale you have made!
